Environmental Commitment:
Inputs for our products are grown organically or “beyond organic” and we compost or upcycle as much of our food waste as possible. Our Garlic Scape Powder reduces food waste – this product is normally thrown away by farmers but we have found an audience of people that benefit from the way we use them.
Furthermore, several of our producers are powered via solar energy and we have committed to calculating and offsetting 100% of our Scope 1, 2 and 3 carbon emissions each year.
